| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada milliyetçiliğe/ulusçuluğa ve millet kavramlarına ilişkin son dönem milliyetçilik literatürünün kuramsal bir değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Milliyetçilik ve millet olgusuna ilişkin kuramsal yaklaşımdan bahsedilerek uzun yıllar Rus yönetimi altında olan Gürcülerin milliyetçi yapılarını içermektedir. Millet ve ulus kavramları çerçevesinde şekillenen milliyetçilik olgusu Rusya ve Gürcistan paralelinde incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada 1990-2015 yılları arasında Rusya ekseninde Gürcistan milliyetçiliği incelenmiş ve küçük bir etnik grup olan Gürcistan'ın zamanla milliyetçi bir yapıya nasıl dönüştüğü belirtilmiştir. Çalışmada zamanında Rus himayesinde iken Rus milliyetçiliğine karşı çıkan Gürcistan'ın bağımsızlığını kazandıktan sonra kendi topraklarındaki diğer halklara da aynı milliyetçi politikayı uygulamasıdır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, a theoretical evalution of the recent nationalism literatüre on nationalism/nationalism and nation concepts was aimed. Nationalism and the theoretical approach to the phenomenon of the nation are mentioned and they include the nationalist structures of the Georgian under Russian rule for many years. The nationalism that has shaped the concept of nation and nation has been tried to be examined in parallel with Russia and Georgia. In this study, Georgian nationalism was examined in the axis of Russia between 1990 and 2015, and Georgia, a small ethnic group, was gradually transformed into a nationalist structure.
