| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, toplam kalite yönetiminin hasta hekim performans değerlendirmesi üzerine etkisi araştırıldı. Hasta hekim performans etkisinin ölçümü için performansı ölçmek üzere çeşitli ölçeklerdende yararlanılarak ?fiziki ortam, bilgilendirme, maliyet, kalite, güven, işlem, ulaşım ve hız? faktörleri tespit edildi.Bu faktörlerin hasta hekim performansına nasıl etki ettikleri ve aralarında nasıl bir ilişki bulunduğu çalışmanın amacını oluşturdu.Hasta hekim performans değerlendirmesinin etkilerini ortaya koyabilmek için istatistiksel olarak, güvenilirlik, ?KMO ve Bartlett's testi, faktör analiz ve korelesyon analiz? yöntemleri kullanıldı. Yapılan analizler sonucu belirlenen 8 faktörün kendi içlerinde birbirleriyle güçlü ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişkiye sahip oldukları görüldü. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the effects of total quality management on doctor-patient performance have been identified. In order to measure the effects of doctor-patient performance various methods have been used such as surrounding, informing, cost, quality, trust, processing, access and speed.The way these factors affect the doctor-patient performance and the relation between them have been the objective of the study.In order to explain the effects of total quality management on doctor-patient performance, we have used fiducial distribution, KMO and Bartlets?s test, factor analysis, correlation analysis methods. After analysing the 8 factors, ıt has been understood that these factors have a strong and positive relation amongst eachother. | |
