dc.description.abstractGünümüzde işletmeler, gelişen rekabet koşullarında sadece fiziksel kaynaklara yatırımın yeterli olmadığını, çalışan personele de aynı ölçüde yatırım yapılması gerektiğini anlamışlardır. Bu gelişme işletmeler içerindeki insan kaynakları yönetiminin önemini arttırmış ve fonksiyonları içindeki personel seçme ve yerleştirme sürecinin gelişmesine sebep olmuştur.Bu Proje Çalışması: genel olarak insan kaynakları yönetimi fonksiyonlarından personel seçme ve yerleştirme sürecinden ve özel bir hastanede bu sürecin nasıl uygulandığı konusunda bilgi vermektedir. Bu sürecin en verimli şekilde ilerlemesi ve doğru adayların işe alınması için yapılan çalışmalar vurgulanmaktadır. Örnek alınan özel hastanede bu süreçte yaşanılan sorunlar ve geliştirilen çözümler incelenmiş, kullanılan tüm materyallere, formlara ve tekniklere yer verilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractContenporany bussines enterprisee well aware of that under the compeling forces of competition, investment on the physical recources could not be enough, rather to invest on the employees became more critical to survive.This awareness accentuate the importance of human recources managment and deepen the function of employee selection and placement. This paper try to collaborate on the employee selection and placement processes of human recources in general and how these processes implemented and carried out in a private health institution in particuler. Also this work emphise on the development and improvement of processes that comprises the selection and proper candidates.
