Özet

Composite semiconductors have been prepared by powder metallurgy technique from the solution based on ZnO-(50-x)CuO-xNiO (x = 30, 25, 20, 10 wt%) in acetone at 100 °C in atmosphere, stirring for 12 h. After the evaporation of acetone the samples were calcined in nitrogen gas atmosphere at 1000 °C for 10 minutes and called ZZ1-ZZ4. Thermal and electric properties of the composite powders were investigated. The weight losses and decomposition temperatures of the composite powders were determined by TG/DTA. The surfaces of samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Conduction mechanism of the composite powders (ZZ1- ZZ4), which were shaped like a disk, was determined. The activation energies of the ZZ1-ZZ4 samples were calculated. The activation energy values were found between 0.20-0.27 eV.
