ANTALYA EĞİTİM VE ARAŞTIRMA HASTANESİ'NDE SAĞLIK ÇALIŞANLARI İLE TEDAVİ ALAN HASTALARIN AKILCI İLAÇ KULLANIMINA İLİŞKİN TUTUMLARI Akılcı ilaç kullanımı belirli ölçütler çerçevesinde, hasta-hekim-eczane üçgeninde gerçekleşen önemli bir sağlık uygulamasıdır. Son yıllarda Türkiye'de kamu kurumları eliyle bazı projelerle de desteklenen bu uygulama, bir takım ilke ve sorumluluklar temelinde yerine getirilmelidir. Özellikle reçete yazma ilkeleri ve akılcı ilaç kullanımı konusunda alınacak sorumluluklar büyük öneme sahiptir. Öbür yandan akılcı olmayan ilaç kullanımı; alışkanlıklardan, hekimlerden, hastalardan, çalışma ortamından, ilaç veriliş sisteminden, ilaç endüstrisinden, ilaç maliyetleri ve harcamalara ilişkin nedenlerden kaynaklanabilir. Oysa Türkiye'de akılcı ilaç kullanımını yaygınlaştırmak için bazı girişimlerin uygulanması gerekmektedir. Bu girişimler; hekimleri hedef alabilir, toplumu hedef alabilir. Bu noktada son yıllarda bazı çalışmalar yapılmaktadır ve izlenilmesi gereken yöntemler mevcuttur. Tüm bunlarla bağlantılı olarak, Antalya Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde yapılan akılcı ilaç kullanımına yönelik hasta-çalışan karşılaştırmasına dayalı araştırma ile sağlık çalışanları ve hastalar açısından akılcı ilaç kullanımına ilişkin kayda değer bulgular elde edilmiş ve analiz edilmiştir.
ABSTRACT ATTITUDE OF RATIONAL DRUG USE IN ANTALYA TRAINING AND RESEARCH HOSPITAL STAFF AND PATIENTS Rational use of drugs within the framework of specific criteria, is an important health practice in triangle of pharmacy-patient-physician. In recent years, some of the projects supported by public institutions, this application must be carried out on the basis of certain principles and responsibilities. In particular responsibilities to be taken in prescribing and rational drug use policies are of great importance. On the other hand, irrational drug use; caused by habits, doctors, patients, the working environment, drug delivery system, the drug industry, reasons related to drug costs and expenses. However, some of the initiatives to be implemented in order to promote rational drug use in Turkey. These initiatives, may target to the doctors or community. At this point, some of the studies carried out in recent years and the methods to be followed are available. In connection with all this, Antalya Education and Research Hospital of research on the rational use of medicines for health professionals and patients with significant findings in this study were obtained and analyzed.
