dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, İstanbul denizlerinin temizliği, temizlenmesi ve sürecin yönetimi üzerinde durulmuştur. Model olarak tek uygulayıcı olan İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi yönetimi incelenmiştir. Referans yıllar arasında elde edilen veriler ve makine parkı ele alınmış ve yorumlanmıştır. Yönetim sisteminin, net akıcı sade ve tek elden olmayışının işleyişi yavaşlattığı görülmüştür. Çevre konusunda eğitimin önemi vurgulanmış özellikle ilk ve orta öğrenim çağlarındaki gençlerin bilgilendirilmesi gerektiği anlatılmıştır. Çevre, deniz ve bu sürecin yönetim sistemi için gelişmiş ülkelerin örnek alınması ve bu konuda yönetici personel yetiştirilmesi gerektiği işaret edilmektedir. dc.description.abstractIn this study, Istanbul cleanliness of the sea has focused on cleaning and process management. Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality management models were examined as the sole practitioner. The data obtained from the reference year and machine park were discussed and interpreted. Management system, has been shown to slow down the functioning of the lack of simple and clear fluid from a single source. Emphasized the importance of environment-related education has been described by informing young people in primary and secondary education should be age. Environment, water and taken as an example of the developed countries for the management system and manage this process in this regard it is pointed out that staff should be trained.
