Özet
HASTA MEMNUNİYETİNİ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLER (ALANYA'DA YAŞAYAN YABANCI UYRUKLU HASTALAR ÖRNEĞİ) ,Hasta memnuniyeti sağlık hizmetlerinin bir sonucudur ve sağlık hizmet planlarında etkin bir role sahiptir. Hasta memnuniyet hizmet alan bireyin beklentilerinin karşılanma derecesi, hizmet sunuluşunun sosyo kültürel değerlerine uygunluğu ve hizmet alırken katlanmak zorunda kaldığı sıkıntılardan etkilenen bir olgudur. Bu olguda en etkin kriter iletişimdir. Sağlık hizmet sunumundan memnun kalanlar gerektiğinde aynı kurumu tercih etmektedirler. Sağlık Hizmet planları, hizmet sunulan kitlenin değer yargıları, demografik özellikleri, dini, kültürel yapısı ve sosyo-ekonomisi göz önünde bulundurularak yapılmalıdır. Bu araştırmada Alanya'da sayıca en yüksek orana sahip yerleşik yabancı altı millete 36 sorudan oluşan memnuniyet anketi uygulanmıştır. Değerlendirmeye alınan 250 anket ile ulaşılan bulgulara göre hasta memnuniyetinin kamu ve özel hastanelerde milletlere göre değiştiği ve hastane hizmet sunumlarında bazı taleplere cevap vermekte yetersiz kaldığı tespit edilmiştir
FACTORS THAT AFFECT PATIENT SATISFACTION (EXAMPLE OF PATIENT SATISFACTION WITH HEALTH SERVICES FOR FOREIGNERSLIVING IN ALANYA) Patient satisfaction is a result of health care services and has an active role in health care plans. Patient satisfaction is a pheonomenonwhich is affected by the degree of the expectations of the person receiving the service, the suitability of presentation of the service to socio-cultural values and the hardship he has to endure while receiving the service. Communication is the most effective criteria in this pheonomenon.The people who are satisfied by the pesentation of the service prefer the same institution when necessary.health service plans should be made by considering the value judgements,demographic characteristics, religions,cultural and socio- economic structures of the people to be served. In this study a satisfaciton questionnaire consisting 36 questions was applied to foreign residents from six different nations. According to the findings reached from the 250 evaluated questionnaires ; the patient satisfaction changes from nation to nation in state and private hospitals and it was determined that the hospitals are not efficient enough to respond to some of the demands in service presentations.
