dc.description.abstractYapılan tez çalışmasının amacı şirketlerin gelişen ve büyüyen bilişim teknolojilerinin, şirketler üzerindeki olumlu ya da olumsuz etkilerini açığa çıkarmak ve bu bağlamda KDS'yi(Karar Destek Sistemleri) incelemektir. KDS Organizasyonlarda karar verici pozisyonunda görev alan kişilerin, yapılmış olan istatistiki çalışmalar sonucu elde edilen veriden sonuç çıkarma işlemine yardımcı bir kaynaktır. KDS sonuç üretmekten ziyade kişiye muhakeme edebilme becerisi kazandırmayı sağlayan uzun soluklu bir çalışmanın ürünüdür. Çalışmanın içeriği öncelikle KDS'nin anlamı, çeşitleri ve uygulama yöntemleri ele alınarak etki ve faydaları ortaya çıkarılmış, örnek bir organizasyonun kullanımında olan KDS detayları ve kullanılan bilişim uygulamaları (SSIS,SSAS,SSRS) örnekler ile anlatılmıştır. Nihayetinde KDS'nin alt kırılımı olan KKDS'ye (Kişiselleştirilmiş Karar Destek Sistemi) değinilerek konunun şirketler üzerindeki olumlu etkileri örneklendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda KDS'yi etkin olarak kullanan şirketlerin kullanmayanlara göre özellikle doğru karar alabilme hızı, etkin personel kullanımı ve maliyet yönünden avantajları anlatılmıştır. dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this thesis is evolving and growing information technology companies, reveal positive or negative impact on the company and in this context kds the (Decision Support Systems) is to examine. KDS organization involved in decision-making positions in the people, the statistical studies that have been made are a source of help to the results obtained from the data extraction process. DSS provides the skills to be able to judge a person rather than producing results is the product of a long-term study. The content of the work primarily DSS meaning, types and application methods revealed on impact and benefits discussed, for example DSS details and used IT applications with the use of an organization (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) is explained with examples. Ultimately, the DSS is kkds to lower breakdown (Personalized Decision Support System) reference positive impact on companies that issue is illustrated. In conclusion kds be able to take decisions especially true of companies using the effective rate than non-users, are described in terms of effective use of personnel and cost advantages.
