| dc.description.abstract | Dünya, değişen yaşam tarzları ve gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte değişime mecbur kalmaktadır. Bu değişimden çalışma hayatı ve aile yapıları etkilenmiş, konut ve yaşam birimlerine yeni ihtiyaçlar yüklenmiştir. Esnek ve sürdürülebilir tasarım anlayışları, karma kullanımlı yapılardaki konutların bu ihtiyaçları karşılamaya yönelik uygun tasarım modelidir. Bu model ile birlikte; günden güne çeşitlenen çalışma şartlarının ve değişim sürecine giren aile yapılarının ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak esnek tasarım anlayışını, sürekli gelişen teknolojiye adapte olacak ve doğal kaynak kullanım israfını azaltacak, değiştirilebilirliği güçlendirecek sürdürülebilirlik ve esneklik ilkelerini konut yaşantısına kazandırılacaktır. | |

Working life and family structures have been affected by this change and new needs have been imposed on housing and living units. Flexible and sustainable design approaches are the suitable design model for houses in mixed buildings to meet these needs. With this model; A flexible design approach that will meet the needs of changing working conditions and family structures that are in the process of change, adapt to the ever-evolving technology, reduce the waste of natural resource use, and bring the principles of sustainability and flexibility will be brought into housing life. | |
