dc.description.abstractBu tez çalısması, is saglıgı ve is güvenligi kavramlarının dünyadaki veTürkiye'deki gelisimi, sosyal ve ekonomik etkileri ve uygulama sekillerini ortayakoymak amacıyla yapılmıstır.Birinci bölümde is saglıgı ve güvenligi kavramının Türkiye'deki ve dünyadakigelisimi ele alınmıs ayrıca Avrupa Birligi belgelerinde bu kavramlar incelenmistir.ikinci bölümünde isçilerin, isverenlerin ve sendikaların bu konudakisorumlulukları üzerinde durulmustur. Ayrıca ulusal düzeyde is saglıgı ve güvenliginindenetimi degerlendirilmistir.Çalısmanın üçüncü ve son bölümünde SSK istatistikleri çerçevesinde is kazalarıve meslek hastalıkları incelenip yorumlanmıs, genel degerlendirme ve sonuç ana baslıgıaltında çalısma tamamlanmıstır.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to state the devolopment of labour health and worksafety in Turkey and in the world and also the social and economical effects.In the first part , the devolopment of the idea of labour health and work safety hasbeen searcheas and also these idea have been analyzed in the European communitydocuments.In the second part, responsibilities of employers, employees and labour unionshave been stated, furthermore the control of work health and safety has been evaluated onthe national level.In the third and the last part of this study, labour accidents occupetional diseaseshave been analyzed and evaluated with the help of SSK (The Institution of SocialSecurity) statics and the study has been completed under the main tittles generalevaluation and the result.
