dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de yaşanan 1960-1970, 1970-1980 Turgut Özal öncesi Türk dış politikası ve 1980-1990 Turgut Özal döneminin dış politika olayları, takip edilen dış politika anlayışları ve diğer ülkelerle olan ilişkileri tez çalışmasının asıl konusunu oluşturmaktadır. 1960-1970'li dönemde Türkiye'nin önemli iki konusu olan 1962 Küba Krizi-ABD ilişkileri ve 1964 Kıbrıs Krizi-ABD ile ilişkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. 1970-1980'li dönemde ise, 1974 Kıbrıs Barış Harekatı ve 1974-1980 arasında Türkiye'nin bölgesel ilişkileri incelenmiştir. Türkiye 12 Eylül 1980 askeri darbesinden sonra yeni bir döneme girmiştir. Bu dönemde siyasi hayat yeniden oluşturulmuş ve 1982 Anayasası kabul edilmiştir. 1983 yılında yapılan genel seçimler sonucunda Turgut Özal'ın liderliğinde ANAP iktidara gelmiştir. Bundan sonra Türkiye'nin her alanda dönüşüm yaşayacağı süreç de başlamıştır. Turgut Özal yılları olarak belirtilen 1980'li yılların başından itibaren Türkiye'de teşebbüs özgürlüğü ve dış ticarete yönelik engellerin yok edilmesi ve ekonomi politikalarında liberal çözümlerin gerçekleşmesine yönelik gelişmeler görülmektedir. Fakat Özal'ın hedeflediği reformların bazı kesimler ve siyasilerce kabul edilmesi zaman almıştır. Bu çalışmada Turgut Özal öncesi ve sonrası olmak üzere üç ayrı dönemin siyasi ve ekonomik yapısı incelenmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe main subject of the thesis constitutes Turkish foreign policy of 1960-1970, 1970-1980 pre-Turgut Ozal period, 1980-1990 Turgut Ozal period, following foreign policies and relations with other countries. During 1960-1970 period, 1962 Kuba Crisis-Usa Relations and 1964 Cyprus Crisis-Usa Relations were emphasized which were the most critical topics of Turkey. During 1970-1980 period, 1974 Cyprus Peace Operation and Turkey's regional Relations between 1974 and 1980 were analyzed. A new era has begun after 12 September 1980 military coup in Turkey. Accordingly, political life has been reconstructed and 1982 Constitution was approved. ANAP political party, leaded by Turgut Ozal, was in charge after 1983 elections. After all, a new conversion process has begun which covered all areas of Turkey. There are some progresses about freedom of enterprise, the elimination of obstacles about foreign trade and liberal solution of economy policies in Turkey at the beginning of 1980 which is known Turgut Ozal years. But; it has been taken time to be accepted the reforms that Ozal aimed by some groups and politicians. This study has investigated the political and economic structure Turgut Ozal after examination of Turkish foreign policy. This study analyzes political and economic structures of 3 different periods as follows: Pre-Turgut Ozal, Turgut Ozal and after Turgut Ozal.
