Özet
Dünyamızda ve ülkemizde rekabet ortamının artması sebebiyle proje yönetimi gün geçtikçe daha da önem kazanırken, diğer ülkelere oranla ülkemizde projeleri yönetecek bir proje yöneticisi bulmak oldukça zordur. Proje yöneticilerinin yetiştirilmesi ve yaygınlaştırılmasına yönelik gereken önemin verilmemesinin yanında, teknik olarak yöneticilik eğitimi almayan insanlar ile proje yönetildiği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'nin mimarlık programları kapsamında proje yönetimi ve yöneticiliğini eğitimler üzerinden ele almaktır. Bu doğrultuda Türkiye'de bulunan tüm üniversitelerin lisans, yüksek lisans ve doktora eğitimleri, proje yöneticiliği için uluslararası sertifika veren kurum ve kuruluşlar incelenmiştir. Yöntem olarak nicel veri toplama yöntemi kullanılmış, literatür taramaları sonucunda toplanan bilgiler analiz edilerek yoruma dayalı tespitler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda, ülkemizdeki proje yöneticisi sayısının, sektörde yapılan projelere oranla yetersiz olduğu tespit edilmiş olup, proje yöneticiliği eğitiminin daha aktif ve yaygın olması gerektiği ele alınarak, bunun sonucunda sektöre kazandırılan faydalardan söz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de proje yöneticiliğinin daha aktif ve profesyonel hale gelmesi açısından son derece önem taşımaktadır.
While project management gains more importance day by day due to the increasing competitive environment in our world and in our country, it is very difficult to find a project manager who will manage projects in our country compared to other countries. In addition necessary importance is not given to the training and dissemination of project managers, it is thought that the project is managed with people who have not technically received management training. The aim of this study is to deal with project management and management through trainings within the scope of architecture programs in Turkey. For this purpose, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate education of all universities in Turkey, institutions and organizations that issue an international certificate for project management were examined. In the study, quantitive data collection was used as a method and then the information collected through literature review was analyzed and comments were made. In this direction, it has been determined that the number of project managers in our country is insufficient compared to the projects carried out in the sector, and it has been discussed that project management training should be more active and widespread, and as a result, the benefits brought to the sector are mentioned. This study is extremely important in terms of making project management more active and professional in Turkey.
