Örgütsel güvenin iş performansına etkisinde algılanan örgütsel destek ile kendini işletmeden hissetmenin aracılık rolü: Sivil havacılıkta bir araştırma

Özet
Sivil havacılık sektörü, doğrudan ve dolaylı etkileri sebebiyle her ülke için hem ekonomik hem siyasal hem de stratejik açıdan önemli bir yere sahiptir. Araştırmada ele alınan örgütsel güven, çalışanın örgütten aldığı destek olup örgütün açık sözlü olacağı ve taahhütlerini yerine getireceği inancını ifade etmektedir. Örgütsel destek ise; çalışanın, örgütün desteğini varlığını arkasında hissetmeleridir. Birbirini besleyen bu iki değişkenin pozitif yönlü çıktısından beklenen ise genellikle iş performansındaki artıştır. Literatürde kendini işletmeden hissetme olarak aktarılan; çalışanlar, bireysel olarak kendilerini örgütün birer parçası olarak hissetmeden istenilen davranışsal sonuçlara ulaşmak zor görünmektedir. Bu noktada; çalışmanın amacı örgütsel güvenin iş performansına etkisinde farklı sektör ve işletme tiplerine göre değişkenlik gösterebilen algılanan örgütsel destek ve kendini işletmeden hissetmenin aracılık etkisinin olduğu havacılık örgütlerinde ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma metodolojisinde; geçerliliği ve güvenirliliği daha önceki çalışmalarda kullanılmış genel ve güncel ölçekler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın verileri Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile (SmartPLS 3.2.9) analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemini ise; sivil havacılık sektöründe çalışan 486 kişi oluşturmuş, elde edilen bulgular yorumlanmış ve sonuç literatürle karşılaştırmalı olarak aktarılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre örgütsel güvenin iş performansına anlamlı düzeyde ve olumlu doğrudan etkisi vardır. Ancak modelin aracılık etkilerine bakıldığında kısmi bir destek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
The civil aviation sector is very important for every country due to its economic, political and strategical importance and is indispensable due to its direct and indirect effects on all sectors. The Research in respect, perceived organizational trust is the support that the employee receives from the organization and expresses the belief that the organization will be open and fulfill its commitments. Organizational support is; is that the employee feels the support of the organization behind him. What is expected from the positive output of these two variables feeding each other is generally the increase in job performance. According to the literature, Perceived İnsider Status; It seems difficult to achieve desired behavioral results without employees feeling individually as part of the organization. At this point; The aim of the study is to reveal the mediating effect of perceived organizational support and feeling of being unemployed, which may vary according to different sectors and business types, in the effect of organizational trust on job performance in aviation organizations. In the study methodology; General and current scales whose validity and reliability were used in previous studies were used. The data of the study were analyzed by Structural equation modeling (SmartPLS 3.2.9). The sample of the study is; 486 people working in the civil aviation sector were formed, the findings were interpreted and the result was compared with the literature. According to the research findings, organizational trust has a significant and positive direct effect on job performance. However, when the mediation effects of the model are examined, it is concluded that there is partial support.
