dc.description.abstractModern iş yaşamında başarılı olmak için işletmelerin sadece müşteri ihtiyaçlarını karşılaması yetmemekte, müşteri beklentilerinin aşılarak ürün ve hizmet sunulmasını gerektirmektedir. Bu gereklilik işletmeleri yaratıcı, çevik, rekabetçi, sürekli öğrenmeye, çok yönlü ve uyarlanabilir olmaya zorlamaktadır. Öğrenen örgüt yapısı, örgütsel hafıza, birden fazla stratejiyi örgütsel faaliyetlerde uygulama yeteneği ve adaptasyon bu bağlamda örgüt yaşamında kritik önem arz etmektedir. Bu araştırma ile örgüt yaşamında sürdürülebilir bir rekabet avantajı elde etmek için birbirleriyle ilişkili olan bu kavramların birlikte firma performansına ve örgütsel adaptasyon yeteneğine olan etkisini ortaya koymak; ayrıca örgütsel çift yönlülüğün aracı rolünün firma performansına ve adaptasyon yeteneğine ne derece ve hangi yönde etki edebileceği belirlemek hedeflenmiştir. Bu amaçta İSO ve İTO'ya kayıtlı bilişim ve teknoloji tabanlı sektörde faaliyet gösteren 345 firmanın orta ve üst düzey yöneticileri ile nicel araştırma yöntemiyle yapılan bu araştırma Bilgi Temelli Yaklaşım, Sistem Yaklaşımı ve Durumsallık Teorisine dayandırılmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda örgütsel hafızanın ve öğrenen örgütün hem firma performansına hem de örgütün adaptasyon yetenekleri üzerinde pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca örgütsel çift yönlülüğün aracılık etkisinin araştırmanın değişkenleri ile test edildiği analiz sonuçları örgütsel hafıza ve öğrenen örgüt yapısının adaptasyon ve firma performansına etkisinde örgütsel çift yönlülüğün aracılık etkisi doğrulanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn order to be successful in modern business life, it is not enough for businesses to meet customer needs, it requires exceeding customer expectations and offering products and services. In this context, the learning organization and the organizational memory, adaptation ability and organizational ambidexterity which is the ability to implement more than one strategy, are critical in organizational life. With this research, to reveal the effects of these concepts, which are related to each other for a sustainable competitive advantage in organizational life, on firm performance and organizational adaptation ability; In addition, it was aimed to determine to what extent and in what direction the mediating role of organizational ambidexterity might affect firm performance and adaptability. For this purpose, this research, which is conducted by quantitative method with middle and senior managers of 345 companies operating in the IT and technology-based sector registered to ISO and ITO, is based on Knowledge-Based Approach, System Approach and Contingency Theory. It has also been found to have a positive effect on the adaptation capabilities of the organization. In addition, the results of the analysis, in which the mediating role of organizational duality was tested with the variables of the research, confirmed the mediating effect of organizational duality on the effects of organizational memory and learning organization's adaptation and firm performance
