dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada özelleştirme konusu geniş kapsamda ele alınarak özelleştirmenin sakıncaları ve faydaları ile özelleştirmenin Türkiye'de ve Dünyada uygulama biçimleri anlatılmıştır. Aynı zamanda Devlet eliyle kurulan KİT'lerin geri kalmışlığının, özel sektörle rekabet edememesinin, günün şartlarına ayak uyduramamasının sebepleri açıklanarak, verimsiz hale düşmesindeki nedenler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda özelleştirme politikaların bir ürünü olan ve en önemli KİT'lerden olan Türk Telekom özelleştirilmesi genel hatları ile anlatılmıştır. Türk Telekom özelleştirmesi esnasında karşılaşılan zorluklar, siyasal etkiler ile Türk Telekom özelleştirmesinin öncesi ve sonrasına ait veriler karşılaştırılarak çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda özelleştirmelerin siyasal yapılardan etkilenmeden hızla çözümlenmesi, elde edilen gelirlerinde bütçe açıklarını kapatmak için değil ekonomik istihdamın artırılması için kullanılması gerekliliği görülmüştür. Ayrıca Türk Telekom'un özelleştirilmesi neticesinde istihdam oranlarında azalma olmuş, birçok çalışan sosyal ve ekonomik yönden kötü durumlara düşmüştür Anahtar Kelime : Özelleştirme, KİT'ler, Özelleşme Süreci, Telekom Özelleştirilmesi
dc.description.abstractThis study has described a wide range of issues addressed Privatization drawbacks and benefits of taking the application form of privatization in Turkey and the world. At the same time established by the state of backwardness of the kit, the inability to compete with the private sector, explaining the reasons for failing to keep up with the day's conditions were studied to determine why the fall becomes inefficient. Privatization of Turk Telekom, which is a product of the privatization policies of the most important in this context and kits are described in general terms. Difficulties encountered during the Turkish Telecom Privatization, political influence with the privatization of Turkish Telecom before and after comparing the data of the results were evaluated. Rapid resolution of the political structure of customizations without affecting the result of the study, used to increase employment uneconomical to cover deficits in the revenue requirement was observed. In addition, employment rates decreased as a result of privatization of Turk Telekom, has fallen to the lot of workers from poor social and economic status.
