dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında; sınıf-şube rehber öğretmenlerinin sınıf disiplinini sağlamada kullandıkları yöntemlerin öğrenciler üzerindeki etkisinde hangi faktörlerin belirleyici olduğuna bakılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Sarıyer İlçesi resmi ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf-şube rehber öğretmenlerinin tamamı oluşturmuştur. İlköğretim okullarında görev yapan sınıf-şube rehber öğretmenlerinin sınıf disiplinini sağlamada kullandıkları psikolojik, sosyal, maddi ödül ile, psikolojik, sosyal, fiziki ceza yöntemlerinin; cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, branş, meslekteki kıdem, sınıf-şube rehber öğretmenliği yapılan sınıf ve süresine göre farklı olduğu hipotezi ispatlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sınıf?şube rehber öğretmenlerine 106 maddelik beşli likert tipinde disiplin sağlamada kullandıkları yöntemleri belirlemeye yönelik anket uygulanmıştır. Anket uygulaması sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 ile veri analizi yapılarak, hipotezler test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; sınıf şube rehber öğretmenleri en fazla psikolojik ve sosyal ödül yöntemlerini kullanmakta, psikolojik, sosyal ve fiziki cezaya en az şekilde başvurmaktadırlar.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the class teacher of the class-branch guide their methods of discipline in ensuring that the impact on students, regardless of which factors are decisive.
