dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Avrupa Birliği Sürecinde İstanbul İlinde Özel Hastanelerde Çalışan Hemşirelerin Hemşirelik İşlevlerinin Standardizasyonu ve Ücretlendirilmesi Hakkında Bilgi Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Araştırmanın evreni İstanbul ili Avrupa Yakası özel hastanelerde çalışan hemşirelerden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemini üç özel hastane ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Üç hastaneden çalışmamıza katılan hemşire sayısı toplam 150 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Bunların 33 kişisi Batı Bahat Hospital, 43 kişisi Surp Pirgic Ermeni Hastanesi, 74 kişisi Memorial Hospital'da çalışmaktadır.Anketler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 16.0 programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmamızda veriler yüzde değerleri ve anova testleri yapılarak yorumlanmıştır. Anketin geçerlilik güvenirlik testi yapılmıştır. p<0.005 anlamlı kabul edilmiştir.Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin %45,3'ü 24-28 yaş aralığındadır. Araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin %63,3'ü servis hemşirelerinden oluşmaktadır. %56,0'sı vardiyada çalışmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThis study is prepared with the aim of Determining the Knowledge Level Regarding the Standardization and Pricing of the Nursing Functions of the Nurses Working in Private Hospitals of Istanbul Province during the European Union Process.The nature of this research is constituted by the nurses working in private hospitals in the European Side of Istanbul Province. The sampling of the research is limited with three private hospitals. The total number of the nurses from these three private hospitals is 150. 33 people of them are employed in Batı Bahat Hospital, 43 of them are employed in Surp Pirgic Armenian Hospital and 74 of them are employed in Memorial Hospital.The surveys have been analyzed on computer environment by using SPSS 16.0 program. The data of our research are evaluated with percent values and by applying anova tests. The survey has been passed through validity reliability test. It is considered p<0.005 significant.45.3% of the nurses participating in the research is at the age range of 24-28. 63.3% of the nurses participating in the research is constituted by emergency nurses. 56.0% of them are working in shifts.
