Özet
Son yılların temel sorunları halini alan bireyselleşme isteği ve sosyal yapılardaki örgütsel bağlar arasında gelip giden bireylerden sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerini ortaya çıkarmak, olaylara ve örgütsel bağlılığa bakış açılarını değerlendirmek gerekir. Güneydoğunun metropol şehri Diyarbakır ilinin en kapsamlı sağlık hizmeti sunan kurumlarından biri olan Diyarbakır Gazi Yaşargil Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılıkları düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi amacına yönelik olarak hazırlanan yüksek lisans tezinde 350 sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılıklarına ilişkin sorulara verilen cevaplar araştırılmıştır. Ankette 7 demografik soru olmak üzere toplam 30 soru ankete katılanlara sorulmuştur. Anket cevapları PASW Statistics 18 programına yüklenerek sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Türkiyede 2002 yılında uygulanmaya başlanan Sağlıkta dönüşüm programı ile personel sirkülasyonu en çok olan illerin başında gelen Diyarbakır'da sağlık çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerinin araştırılması ve sonuçları sağlıkta dönüşüm programının devamına yönelik alınacak kararlara etki edeceği muhakkaktır. Bu çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının ilk kamu görevlisi olarak atanacak yerlerin başında gelen Diyarbakır Gazi Yaşargil Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinde örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerini ortaya çıkarması açısından önem arz etmektedir.
Last year, the state of the key issues in the field of individualization and social structure organizational links between requests come from individuals who reveal their level of organizational commitment of health workers , events and perspectives need to assess organizational commitment. Southeast of the metropolitan city of Diyarbakir most comprehensive healthcare provider Diyarbakir Education and Research Hospital health workers organizational commitment determine the level of purpose prepared for the master thesis of 350 health workers' organizational commitment related to the answers given to questions were investigated. 7 demographic questions in the survey including a total of 30 questions were asked of respondents. Survey responses PASW Statistics Results were obtained by loading program 18. Staff turnover with health transformation from the beginning of the provinces most in Diyarbakir organizational commitment of health workers should be investigated and the results for the continuation of health reform will definitely influence the decisions are to be taken. In this study, the first public officer of health workers to be appointed as one of the places in the Diyarbakir Gazi Yaşargil Education and Research Hospital revealing in terms of the level of organizational commitment is important.
