dc.description.abstractLiderlik kavramı, günümüz iş dünyasına yol gösteren bir öneme sahiptir. Yaratıcı çözümler göstererek toplumsal dönüşüme ivme katan kurumların arka planında yönetici rolündeki liderlerin taşıdıkları vizyon bulunmaktadır. Çalışmada, son derece önem taşıyan liderlik olgusu ve çalışan performansı kavramları birlikte ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda İstanbul'da faaliyet gösteren bir kamu hastanesinin çalışanları üzerinde gerçekleştirilen araştırma ile hastanedeki liderlik tarzının, çalışan performansına olan etkisi sorgulanmış ve liderlik tarzlarının hangilerinin çalışan performansını ne düzeyde etkilediği incelenmiştir. Yoğun hizmet ve emek veren hastane kurumları amaç ve planlarını gerçekleştirmesinde çalışan performanslarının yüksek olması önemli bir etkendir. Araştırma, sağlık kurumlarının yeniden yapılandırıldığı son dönemlerde, sağlık hizmeti sunum kalitesinin yükselmesi, yönetici konumundaki bireylerin liderlik özelliklerinin hastane çalışanlarının performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla hazırlandığı için iki kavram arasındaki ilişkinin sağlık alanındaki önemini artırmıştır. Hastane yöneticilerinin liderlik özellikleri hastane çalışanlarının performansını etkilediği görülmüştür. Çalışanların performansını, liderlik davranış alt boyutlarından sadece görev odaklı liderlik boyutu anlamlı düzeyde ve pozitif yönde yorumlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe concept of leadership is important in guiding today's business world. The vision of the leaders in the background of the institutions that add creative solutions and accelerate the social transformation is the vision of the leaders. In this study, the concepts of leadership and working performance which are extremely important are discussed together. In this context, the research conducted on the employees of a public hospital operating in Istanbul investigated the impact of the leadership style in the hospital on employee performance and the extent to which leadership styles affect employee performance. The high performance of the hospital institutions, which provide intensive service and labor, is an important factor in the performance of employees The research has increased the importance of the relationship between the two concepts in the field of health as the quality of health service delivery has been prepared in recent years when the health institutions were restructured and they were prepared to determine the effects of leadership characteristics of the employees on the performance of hospital employees. It was seen that the leadership characteristics of the hospital administrators affected the performance of hospital employees. Employee performance and leadership behavior sub-dimensions are only interpreted in a positive and positive manner. The increase in the task-oriented leadership development of the employees positively affects their performance in the same direction.
