dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında; Türkiye'de lojistik sektörünün yapısı, sorunları incelenerek konuya çözüm önerileri sunulmaya çalışılmıştır. Buna göre, coğrafi konum olarak bir köprü niteliğinde olan ülkemizde lojistik sektörünün hızlı bir ivmeyle büyümektedir. Lojistik sektörünün sorunları iki boyutta sınıflandırılabilir. Hızlı büyümeye paralel olarak lojistik alt yapı çalışmaları yetersiz kalmıştır. Karayolları taşımada önemli bir yere sahiptir. Türkiye gibi jeopolitik öneme haiz ve 3 tarafı denizle çevrili olan ülkemizde yeterli bir lojistik altyapısı yoktur. intermodal taşımacılık, henüz ülkemizde olması gereken düzeye erişememiştir. Bu yönde özellikle, eşya taşımacılığında deniz yollarımızın kullanılamaması en büyük eksiklik olarak gözlemlenmektedir. Ayrıca sektörü tam olarak karşılayamayan hukuksal bir çerçeve söz konusudur. Ulusal alanda ve uluslararası alanda var olan eksiklikler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Lojistik sektörü ülkemizin dünya ticaretinde rekabet avantajı elde etmesi ve bunu sürdürmesi için hassasiyetle izlenmesi, korunması ve desteklenmesi gereken bir sektördür. Bu çerçevede, Türkiye'nin Lojistik üs olması için gerekli öneriler sunulmaya çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study, the structure and problems of logistic sector in Turkey were analyzed and solution offers were presented. Accordingly, logistic sector is developing with a fast acceleration in our country which serves as a bridge geographically. The problems of logistic sector can be classified in two dimensions. Infrastructure works fell short in parallel with large scaled growth. Highway has an important role on transportation. There is not an adequate infrastructure in our country, Turkey, which has a geopolitical importance and is surrounded by water on its three sides. Intermodal transportation has not reached intended level in our country yet. Especially, it is observed as the greatest deficiency that seaway is not used for goods transportation. Furthermore, a legal frame that does not answer the needs of the sector is in question. National and international deficiencies were tried to determine. Logistic sector is one that should be protected, supported and monitored with sensitivity in order that our country gains and maintains a competence advantage in the world trade. Within this frame, required suggestions were tried to make with the intent that our country would become a logistic base.
