dc.description.abstractThe main goal of this research is to determine the level of learning organization specifications presented on primary schools by means of participants that present all schools in Kagithane district. The study revealed that the primary school principals have usually level perception in terms of each learning organization discipline. Besides, it was observed that the perception of female school principals is higher than male ones in terms of shared vision discipline; the perception of school principals aged between 20-35 is lower than the older ones in terns of system thinking discipline; the perception of assistant school principals is lower than school principals in terms of system thinking discipline; the perception of school principals having taken course on management is higher than other ones in terms of all five learning organization disciplines; the perception of school principals having participated in team working is higher than other ones in terms of personal mastery and team learning disciplines.en_US
