dc.description.abstractBir problem, bazı hedeflere ulaşılmaya çalışılan ve bu hedeflere ulaşmak için çeşitli çözümler (anlamlar) bulmayı gerektiren bir durumdur. Problemler bir var olan durum ve bir hedef içerir. Problem çözen kişi sıklıkla, son çözüme ulaşmak için alt hedefler kurmak ve onlara ulaşmak zorundadır. Problem çözme genellikle yeni bir cevap formulize etme, bir çözüm geliştirmek için öğrenilen kuralların basit uygulamalarını ortaya koymak olarak tanımlanır. Problem çözme, bütün yöneticilerin başlıca sorumluluğudur. Problem çözme sürecinin önemini bütün okul yöneticileri çok iyi anlamalıdır, çünkü okul yönetimi temelde bir problem çözme sürecidir. Yöneticilerin görevlerinin büyük bir kısmı problem çözme ile ilgilidir. Bu nedenle, okul yöneticileri kurumlarının karşılaştıkları problemleri tam olarak kavramalı, tanımalı ve yeni çözüm önerileri ortaya koymalıdırlar.
dc.description.abstractA problem is a situation which includes struggles to achieve certain targets and, to that end, requires to find various soultions (meanings) in order to actieve these targets. Problems include an existing situation and a target. The person who solves problems frequently has to establish sub-targets and achieve them. Problem solving has generally been defined as formulization of a new answer and introducing the applicaitons of simple rules learned so as to figure out a solution. Problem solving is the primary responsibility of all directors. The importance of the process of problem solving should be completely understood by all school directors, because school administration is basically a problem solving process. A considerable part of the duties of directors is related to problem solving. To that end, school directors should fully comprehend the proplems their institutions face, be acquainted with them and put new solution proposals.
