dc.description.abstractKENTSEL DÖNÜŞÜMDE KULLANICI ALGISININ İSTANBUL KAĞITHANE ÖRNEĞİ ÜZERİNDEN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ İnsanlar toplu ve yerleşik hayata geçmelerinden itibaren kentli yaşama başlamışlardır. Kentler başlarda gelişigüzel bir şekilde oluşturulmuş, düzensiz yapılardan oluşmuşlardır. Çarpık yapılaşma, yönetmeliklere uygun olmayan yapıların varlığı, doğal afet gerçeği vb. unsurlar zamanla kentsel dönüşümü zorunlu kılmıştır. Kentsel dönüşümlerin temel amacı kentlerin çok daha nitelikli yaşam alanlarına çevrilerek, kentsel yaşamın kalitesinin arttırılmasıdır. Temiz, geniş sokak ve caddeler, erişimin kolay olduğu sağlık ve eğitim binaları, birbirleri ile ve kentle alakalı yeşil alanlar, eşit bir şekilde dağılmış, yeterli ve sağlıklı yaşam şartlarının söz konusu olduğu konut alanları kentsel yaşam kalitesinin arttırılmasında gereken nitelikler ve donatılardandır. Bu çalışmada kentsel dönüşümde kullanıcı algısının İstanbul Kağıthane örneği üzerinden değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ili, örneklemini ise İstanbul İli Kağıthane ilçesinde kentsel dönüşüm alanlarında yaşayan toplam 120 kişi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuş sorularla yüzyüze görüşme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın analizleri SPSS paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların cinsiyetlerine göre kentsel dönüşüm algılarının değişmediği, eğitim durumuna göre ise eğitim seviyesinin artmasıyla kentsel dönüşüm algılarının yükseldiği görülmüştür. Katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğu kentsel dönüşümün sağlıklı yapılar, yaşam kalitesinin artması, deprem dayanıklı yapılar, soylulaştırma ve mülk değerinin artması olarak algılamaktadırlar.
dc.description.abstractEVALUATION OF USER PERCEPTION IN URBAN TRANSFORMATION IN ISTANBUL KAĞITHANE CASE People started to live in urban life since they came to the collective and settled life. The cities were formed randomly and formed by irregular structures. Skewed construction, the existence of structures that do not comply with regulations, the nature of natural disaster etc. elements have made urban transformation mandatory over time. The main purpose of urban transformation is to turn cities into more qualified living spaces and to increase the quality of urban life. Spacious, clean streets and streets, easily accessible education and health buildings, green spaces associated with each other and the city, homogeneously dispersed, residential areas with adequate and healthy living conditions are the necessary qualities and facilities to increase the quality of urban life. In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the user perception in urban transformation through the Istanbul Kağıthane sample. The population of the study consisted of 120 people in Istanbul province and in the Istanbul province of Kağıthane in urban transformation areas. The data of the study were collected by face to face interview method. The analysis of the study was done by SPSS package program. As a result of the study, it was observed that the perceptions of urban transformation did not change according to the gender of the participants and the perception of urban transformation increased with the increase in educational level. The vast majority of respondents perceive urban transformation as healthy structures, increased quality of life, earthquake resistant structures, gentrification and increase of property value.
