dc.description.abstractBu çalışma kurumsal kaynak planlama sistemlerinin ne olduğunu, işletmelere ve iş süreçlerine uygun bir ERP sisteminin nasıl seçilmesi ve kurulum aşamalarında kullanılacak süreçlerin yapılandırılmasını ele almaktadır. Bu bağlamda kullanıcı firmaların beklentilerinin karşılanmasını inceleyen bir anket çalışması da gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın ana amacı ERP sistemi kullanan işletmelerin, ERP projelerinin başarılı bir şekilde kurulabilmesi ve yürütülebilmesi için beklentilerinin doğru bir şekilde tanımlanmasıdır. Bu çalışma kapsamında kullanıcıların beklenti ve memnuniyetleri karşılaştırılmış ve çıkan sonuçlar değerlendirilerek yorumlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThis study deals with what are the enterprise resource planning systems, how to choose an ERP system suitable for businesses and business processes, and how to configure the processes to be used during the implementation stages. In this context, a survey is conducted aiming the expectations of user companies. The main purpose of this study is to correctly define the expectations of the companies using ERP system in order to successfully set up and run ERP projects. The expectations and satisfaction of the users are compared and the results were evaluated and interpreted, within the scope of this study.
