Özet
Günümüzde küreselleşmenin etkisiyle pek çok alanda olduğu gibi yönetim anlayışında da birtakım değişiklikler meydana gelmiştir. Rekabet, mükemmeliyetçilik ön plana çıkmış; bilgi, iktisadi dönüşüm sürecinin merkezi konumuna gelmiştir. İşletmelerin bu süreçte başarılı olabilmeleri için sahip oldukları bilgiyi doğru, kesintisiz ve eksiksiz olarak bir plan dahilinde yönetmeleri gerekliliği doğmuştur.İşletmeler için son derece önemli olan bilgi yönetimi; bilginin üretilmesi ve geliştirilmesi, tasnif edilmesi ve saklanması, paylaşılması ve transfer edilmesi, kullanılması faaliyetlerini kapsayan bir süreçtir. İç içe geçmiş halkalardan oluşan bu süreç ancak önemini kavrayan yönetici ve çalışanlar tarafından eksiksiz ve kesintisiz uygulandığında başarılı olur.Bu çalışmada, bir örneklem seçilerek kurum çalışanlarının bilgi yönetimine bakış açıları ve bu konudaki faaliyetleri analiz edilmiştir.
A set of changes in management area arose nowadays as in lots of areas with the effect of globalisation. Competition, perfectionism came to the forefront and then information became centralized within economic transformation process. In order for the business enterprises to succeed within that period, the need to manage information and knowledge owned by them accurately, continually and absolutely was arisen.Information management ,highly important for the business enterprises,is a process which covers the activities named production and development, classification and storage, sharing and transferring, usage of the information. This process, consisting of nested rings, becomes successful only when it is completely and continually executed and performed by managers and employees who understand the importance of it.In this study, a sample was chosen and it is analyzed the point of views upon information management by institutions employees and relevant activities concerning this issue.
