| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Muş ili ve ilçe devlet hastanelerin deprem karşısındaki göçme risklerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılabilecek mevcut yöntemler ele alınmıştır. Puanlama parametreleri ve gözlem anket formları açıklanan bu yöntemlerden biri seçilip, bazı hastaneler üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Aşamaları tarif edilen yöntemler şunlar olup: FEMA-154, SUCUOĞLU, P25; Uygulama için P25 yöntemi seçilmiştir. Diğer tüm yöntemler gibi P25 yönteminin uygulanmasında kullanılmak üzere, hastanelerin yerel zemin ve genel kimlik bilgileri verilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, existing methods that can be used to determine the risks of earthquake-induced displacement of Mus and province state hospitals are discussed. Scoring parameters and observation questionnaires were selected from these methods and applied on some hospitals. The methods described for the steps are: FEMA-154, SUCUOĞLU, P25; The P25 method was chosen for the application. Like all other methods, local bases and general identification information of hospitals are provided for use in the implementation of the P25 method. | |
