dc.description.abstractGünümüz koşullarında küreselleşen ve hızla büyüyen işletmeler dünya ekonomisine yön vermeye başlamışlardır. İşletmelerin bu kuruluşlarla rekabete girebilmeleri, varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri ve amaçlarını gerçekleştirebilmeleri için çalışanların motivasyonlarına önem vermeliler ve bu konu üzerine yatırımlar yapmaları gerekmektedir. Motive olmuş çalışan işletmenin büyümesine ve gelişmesine katkılar sağlayacaktır. 2000?li yıllardan itibaren Türkiye?de sağlık hizmetlerinde büyük dönüşümlere gidilmiş, yönetiminde ve çalışanlarında önemli oranda bir profesyonelleşme gerçekleşmiştir. Çalıştığı işletme ile bütünleşmiş, görev ve sorumluluklarının bilincinde ve yaptığı işe tam anlamıyla motive olmuş personelin, emek-yoğun teknolojiye sahip olan bu kurumların performans ve verimini artıracağı işletme sahipleri tarafından bilinmektedir. Karmaşık bir yapıya sahip olan hastane ve sağlık kurumları farklı nitelik ve birikimi olan personelden oluştuğundan, personeli motive eden faktörler de kişilere göre değişebilmektedir. Bu araştırma ile sağlık işletmelerinde çalışan sağlık personelinin motivasyonunu etkileyen faktörler ile iş ortamında hangi motivasyon faktörlerinin daha etkili olduğunu tespit etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla Kırklareli ilinde bulunan kamu hastaneleri ve diğer kamu sağlık kuruluşlarında çalışan 447 sağlık çalışanı üzerinde 70 sorudan oluşan bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyonunu etkileyen en önemli; ekonomik araç ?başarılardan dolayı verilen maddi ödül?, psiko-sosyal araç ?yöneticilerin tutum ve davranışları? ve örgütsel-yönetsel araç olarak ?problemlerin yöneticiler ile tartışılabilmesi? bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, the companies which is global and fast growing determine the economic cirriculumn of the world. The companies must attach importane to motivation of workers and make investment about this area in order to competite such foundations, stand up and achieve the goals. Motivated workers contribute growing and development of the company. After 2000s, important reforms have been made about medical services, good proficiency acquired about managers and workers. It is known by owners of companies that the workers who adopted the company, aware of duty and responsibility, and motivated to work, increases the productivity and performance of foundations which have such labour and intensive technology. The factos that motivate the personel can change person the person due to the complexity of hospitals and medical institutions that have personels who have different characteristic and work experience. Purpose of this research is to determine the factors that affect the motivation of medical company workers, and which motivation factors are more affective at work environment. By the intension, a survey which has 70 questions and applied to 447 public hospitals personels and other public medical institutions personels at Kırklareli province. According to the result acquired, the most important tool that affect the medical personnel?s motivation; as economic is ?material rewards since their succesfull works?, as pyschological-social is ?manager attitudes an behaviours?, as organisational-managerial is ?discussing the problems together with managers?.
