dc.description.abstractStratejik yönetim, kamu sektöründe uygulanmaya başlamış ve önemli uygulamalardan birisi haline gelmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı kamu sektöründe stratejik yönetim uygulanması açıklanmaktadır. Stratejik yönetim uygulamasının kamu sektöründe uygulanıla bilirliği bir başka amacıdır. Çalışmada, mevzuat, tarihçi metod,kaynak taraması ve araştırma kısmında alan araştırması yöntemlerinden görüşme yaklaşımı (Görüşme Formu) yüzyüze görüşme metodu kullanılmıştır. İlk başlarda özel sektörde uygulanmaya başlayan stratejik yönetim zamanla kamu sektöründe de uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Stratejik yönetimin kamu kurumları üzerinde etkili olduğu, örnek bir kurumda yapılan alan araştırmada belirlenmiştir.Çalışmanın sonuçları olarak, Türk kamu sektöründe uygulanmaya başlayan stratejik yönetim, kamu kurumlarına uzun vadeli stratejik düşünmeyi,mevcut kaynakları etkili kullanmayı ve geliştirmeyi, mevcut sorunlarının çözülmesi, kamu sektörünün modern bir yapıya kavuşturulması ve topluma sunulan hizmetlerin kalitesinin geliştirilmesinde etkili olmuştur. dc.description.abstractStrategic management has begun to be implemented in the public sector and has become one of the most important applications. The purpose of the study is the implementation of strategic management in the public sector. The applicability of strategic management practice in the public sector is another purpose. In the study, face-to-face interview method (interview form) was used in the legislation, historian method, source search and field research methods in the research part. Strategic management, which first started to be implemented in the private sector, has started to be implemented in the public sector over time. The field made in an example institution, where strategic management is effective on public institutions, has been determined in the research. As a result of the work, the strategic management that has been implemented in the Turkish public sector has been influential on long-term strategic thinking to public institutions, effective use and improvement of existing resources, resolution of current problems, modernization of the public sector and improvement of the quality of the services offered.
