dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, psikoloji bölümünde okuyan öğrencilerin duygusal zeka düzeyleri ile mühendislik-mimarlık bölümlerinde okuyan öğrencilerin duygusal zeka düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak, Bar-On Duygusal Zeka Ölçeği (Bkz. Ek-1), Kişisel Bilgi Formu (Bkz. Ek-2) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini İstanbul ilinde bulunan Beykent Üniversitesi ve Yeditepe Üniversitesi'nde 3. ve 4. sınıfta öğrenim gören psikoloji ve mühendislik-mimarlık bölümünden 145 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmaya katılan 145 öğrencinin; 91'i kız 54'ünü erkekler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda, öğrencilerin kişisel farkındalık, kişilerarası ilişkiler ve genel ruh hali düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Şartlara ve çevreye uyum, stres yönetimi düzeylerinin ise orta olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırmada sosyo-demografik özelliklere göre bakıldığında; cinsiyet, okudukları bölüm ve sınıf değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler : Duygu, Zeka, Duygusal zeka
dc.description.abstractIn this research, it is aimed to specify the emotional quotient level of the students who studying in the departmets of pscyhology , architecture and engineering. In the research, Personal Information Form (See appendix-2) and Bar-On Emotional Intelligence Scale (See appendix-1) were used as a data collection tool. The sample of the research is composed of 145 students who studying in the departments of pychology, architecture and engineering at Beykent University with second and third grade students of Yeditepe University that are located in İstanbul. Of the 145 students who attended in the research, 91 are girls women and 54 are men. In consequence of the research,it was observed that self- conciosness, interpersonal relationship and overall mantal state of the students were very high. Condition and environment adaptation, the level of stress management were found avarege. When the research investigated in the view of socio demographic features ; a meaningful difference was found considering the variables of sex,departmens students study in and classes.
