dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında, insanın kitleleri yönetirken kullandığı yöntemlere güvenlik penceresinden bakıp, güvenliğin içinde yönetenlerce kullanılabilecek metafizik gerçekler olup-olmadığı ele alınmaktadır. Buna göre, metafizik, içinde sayılabilecek alanlar, bu alanlarla ilgili örnek olaylar, örnek olayların güvenlikle ilgileri ve sonuç olarak güvenlikte benzer olaylar yaşanacağı zaman yöneticilerin ne yapması gerektiği ve sisteme getirilebilecek yeni yönetim anlayışı ile ilgili konulara değinilmiştir. Suçla daha iyi mücadele edilebilmesi için güvenlik yönetiminde metafiziğin kullanılabileceği ile ilgili örnek olaylar verilerek konu açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis study, the methods the man uses while managing the people are seen from the security perspective, and it is investigated whether there are metaphysical realities that can be used by the managers in security. Accordingly, the focus is put on metaphysics, the areas includible into it, the exemplary phenomena related to these areas, the relation of these exemplary phenomena with security, and in conclusion, what the managers should do when similar phenomena are likely to happen in security and the matters related to the new management understanding introducible to the system. Efforts have been made to explain the subject through the cases related to the possibility of using metaphysics in the security management to fight crime better.
