Ailesinde hemofili hastalığı olan kadınlarda evlilik uyumu ve cinsel uyumun incelenmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştımanın amacı; hemofili hastası olan ailerdeki kadınlar ile hemofilik birey olmayan ailelerdeki kadınların evililik ve cinsel yaşantılarındaki uyumlarını karşılaştırmaktır. Evlilik ve cinsel uyumlarını etkileyen yaşamsal olaylar, psikolojik problemler tanımlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada tarama modeli kullanılmış ve kişilerin evlilik ve cinsel yaşantılarındaki uyum skorlarına bakılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni hemofili hasta yakını olan ve ya olmayan evli kadınlardan oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu ise hemofili yakını olan 50 evli kadından ve hemofili öyküsü olmayan ailerdeki 50 evli kadından toplam 100 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmaya alınan anketler Evlilik Uyum Ölçeği ve Cinsel Uyum Ölçeğidir. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilirken, istatistiksel analizler için SPSS 24.0 İstatistik paket programı kullanıldı. Araştırma bulgularına göre; hemofili yakını olan kadınların ölçek skorları , hemofili öyküsü olmayan ailelerdeki kadınların ölçek skorlarına göre daha düşük olarak saptanmıştır. Ayrıca ölçekler arası ilişki incelendiğinde; Kontrol ve hasta grubundaki olguların cinsellik uyum ölçeği toplam puanları ile evlilik uyum ölçeği toplam puanları pozitif korelasyon olduğu bulunmuştur. Hemofili yakını olan kadınların evlilik yaşantılarında ve çift ilişkilerine yönelik yapılan bu araştırmanın hemofili alanı için önemli bir yere sahip olunacağı düşünülmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen bulgular; hemofilik eşe ve ya çocuğa sahip olan kadınların özel ilişkilerindeki sorunların ele alınmasının klinik düzeydeki araştırmalara yararlar sağlayacaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to compare the harmony in the marriage and sexual lives of the women in the families who have hemophilia illness and the women in the families who do not have any hemophiliac member. Vital events and pschological problems that effect their marriage and sexual harmony have been tried to be identified. Survey model has been used in the research and harmony scores of the people in their marriage and sexual lives have been checked. Target population of the study consists of the married women who have hemophiliac relatives or who do not have any hemophiliac relative. Sample group of the research consists of 100 people in total, 50 married women who have hemophiliac relatives and 50 married women who are in the families who do not have any hemophilia history. The surveys included in the study are Marriage Harmony Scale and Sexual Harmony Scale. Statistical package program SPSS 24.0 has been used for statistical analysis while considering the findings obtained in the study. According to the research findings; the scale scores of the women who have hemophiliac relatives have been determined to be lower than the scale scores of the women in the families who do not have hemophilia history. When the relationship between the scales have been examined; sex harmony scale total points and marriage harmony scale total points of the features in control and patient group have been found positive correlation. It is believed that this research made for marriage life and spousal relations of the women who have hemophiliac relatives will have an important place for the scope of hemophilia. The findings obtained at the end of this study has shown that, the clinical trials will benefit a lot by means of handling the problems in the private relations of the women who have hemophiliac husband or a child. | |
