| dc.description.abstract | Bu Tez Çalışmasında; Kurumların arşivlerinde tozlu raflarda depolanmış bilgilerin kullanılabilir hale getirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bilgi yönetimi sistemi ile bilgilerini elektronik ortama aktaran kurumlar bu sisteme ayak uyduramayan kurumlara göre daha hızlı bir bilgi ulaşımına ve değerlendirmesine sahip olup bu ayrıcalıkları onların daha verimli olmalarını sağlar.Emniyet Teşkilatı arşivlerinin bilgisayar ortamına aktarılarak uygun bir yazılım ile verilere hızlı ulaşım ve çoklu sorgu yöntemleri ile olay, kişi, zaman ve diğer profillerin suç öncesi tespit edilerek buna göre alınacak tedbirlerin geliştirilmesinin faydaları ortaya konmaya çalışılacaktır. | |
