dc.description.abstractBu kesitsel araştırmanın amacı, İstanbul Şişli Etfal Eğitim ve Araştırma ile Okmeydanı Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastaneleri Onkoloji Merkezlerindeki sağlık çalışanlarının iş doyumunu incelemektir. Hastanelerin onkoloji merkezlerinde çalışanlarını temsil eden örneklem grubu (n=70), personel listesinden sistematik örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiştir. Araştırmada, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen toplam 31 soruluk anket formu kullanılmıştır.Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular, onkoloji merkezinde çalışanlarının iş doyumunu etkileyen etmenlerin olduğuna işaret etmektedir. Tartışmada iş doyumunu artırmak ve iş doyumsuzluğunu önlemek açısından gerekli öneriler sunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this cross-sectional research is to investigate the job satisfaction of the healthcare workers who are working in Oncology Units in İstanbul Şişli Etfal and Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. The sample group (n=70) which represents the healthcare workers, was chosen with systematic sampling method through the employees list. There has been used a survey paper which has 31 questions, on the research.The findings of this research shows that there are some factors which affects the job satisfaction of healthcare workers. On the disscussion, there have been presented some necessary suggestions in order to increase job satisfaction and to prevent the dissatisfaction
