| dc.description.abstract | Üretim alanında faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin tedarik zinciri boyunca yüksek mali yüklere katlandıkları bilinmektedir. Bu maliyetler birçok işletmede kritik öneme sahip olmakla birlikte üretimi doğrudan etkileyen etmenlerdendir. Bu maliyetlerin başında ulaştırma bedeli ve envanter maliyetleri gelir. Envanter maliyetleri, işletmelerin yaptığı üretim, üretimde kullanılan alt parçaların tedariği, çalışma şekillerindeki farklılıklara göre değişkenlik gösterebilir. Doğru ve etkili sonuçlar alabilmek için, envanter planlaması her işletmeye özel olarak yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada XYZ firması tarafından üretilen su arıtma cihazı ele alınmıştır. Söz konusu ürünün geçmişe ilişkin talepleri ve istatistiksel bilgilerinden yararlanılarak envanter kuralları oluşturulmuştur. Bu kapsamda (Q,R) envanter sistemi ve hizmet seviyeleri yaklaşımı uygulanarak envanter maliyetleri hesaplanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | It is known that the enterprises in the field of production endure high financial burden related the supply chain. These expenses influence directly to production and operations' costs. Important costs related to supply chaim are inventory and transportation cost. Inventory costs are influenced from manufacturing supply methods and business processes that is used. In order to get accurate and effective results, inventory planning should be made specific to business. In this study, water treatment gadget delivered by XYZ organization is examined. Optimal inventory rules have been solved by using the historical data. In this context, inventory costs were calculated by applying service levels approach (Q, R). | |
