dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de otomotiv sektörünün tarihsel gelişimi ve Japon üretim modeli olan toplam kalite yönetiminin Türk otomotiv sektörü üzerindeki etkilerini geniş bir perspektif üzerinden inceleme amacı taşıyan bu çalışma; bu amaç doğrultusunda ana sanayi Toyota ve Tofaş otomotiv fabrikaları ve yan sanayi Birmot A.Ş. üzerinden Türkiye'nin otomotiv sanayindeki geleceği üzerine öngörülerde bulunmaya hedeflemektedir.İki bölümden oluşan çalışmanın birinci bölümü Türk Otomotiv Sanayi'nin Gelişimi başlığını taşımakta olup, ülkemizde otomotiv sanayinin gelişimini kalkınma planları ışığında açıklamaya çalışmaktadır. İkinci Bölüm ise Japon Otomotiv Sektöründeki Üretim Yönetimi ve Türk Otomotiv Sektörü Uygulaması; Toyota, Tofaş, Birmot A.Ş. örnekleri başlığı taşımaktadır. Bu bölüm içerisinde öncelikle Japon üretim modeli açıklanmakta ana sanayi Toyota, Tofaş Fabrikaları ve yan sanayi Birmot A.Ş.'deki uygulamalar hakkında bilgiler verilmektedir. Çalışma son olarak Türk Otomotiv Sanayinin geleceği üzerinde tahminlerde bulunmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThe study which has the aim to analyze the historical development of automotive industry and the impacts of total quality known as Japan production model on Turkish automotive industry with a wide perspective targets using this analysis to foresee the future of Turkish automotive industry via Toyota main industry, Tofaş automotive factory and sub-industry Birmot corporation.The study consisted of two sections. The first section entitled the Development of Turkish Automotive Industry, explains the development of automotive industry in our country on the basis of development plan. The second section explains production management in Japanese automotive sector, practices in Turkish automotive sectors; the headings given as examples of Toyota, Tofaş, Birmot A.Ş. The second section primarily explains Japanese production model and informs about the applications of Toyota, the main industry and Birmot corporation, the sub-industry. The study finally foresees the future of Turkish automotive industry.
