dc.description.abstract?Korku Sanatı? adlı tez çalışması, sinema yazarı ve tarihçisi Giovanni Scognamillo'nun yaşamını, korkunun sanata yansımasıyla oluşan simgeleri, gotik edebiyat, sinema ve resim üzerinden incelemektedir.Bu tez çalışmasının ürünü olarak ?Giovanni Scognamillo, Beyoğlu Kontu? belgesel filmi, korkunun sanatlarına olan tutkusuyla yaşayan bir insanın, umut veren hikayesini anlatmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bir insanın, yaşamında karşılaştığı kişi ve durumlardan etkilenişini nasıl görsel ya da yazılı olarak ifade ettiği açıklık kazanmaktadır.Tez çalışmasının ilk bölümünde korkunun tanımı ile gotik sanatına değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, kullanılan yöntem olan belgesel sinema anlatılmıştır. Daha sonra, üçüncü bölüm, ?Giovanni Scognamillo, Beyoğlu Kontu? filminin yapımına ayrılmıştır. Son olarak, ?Korku Sanatı? tez çalışması, filmle ilgili ekler ve sonuç bölümü ile neticelendirilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe thesis study ? Art of Fear? investigates the film historian and writer Giovanni Scognamillo?s life and the symbols be that has been formed by the horror reflection on art over gothic literature, cinema and painting.The product of this thesis study,?Giovanni Scognamillo, Count of Beyoğlu?, documentary movie presents the hopeful story of a man lives with passion for horror arts. It clarifies how even a man expresses the visual or written response for the people and the situations in the life.Definition of fear and gothic art is mentioned at the first part of the thesis. In the second part, documentary cinema is explained because of its relevance to the method used for the project. Subsequently, the third part is reserved for the production of ?Giovanni Scognamillo, Count of Beyoğlu?. Finally, ?Art of Fear? thesis study is brought to an end with the conclusions and appendix.
