dc.description.abstractHemşirelik hizmetleri, hem sağlık ekibi içerisindeki rolü, hem de hastanelerin başarısındaki etkileri gereği önemli bir konuma sahiptir. Bu da hastanelerde hemşirelik hizmetlerinin iyi bir şekilde yönetilmesi zorunluluğunu ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Hastanelerde hemşirelik hizmetlerinde istenen verimliliğin elde edilebilmesi için mevcut sorunların ortaya çıkarılması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan hemşirelerin hemşirelik hizmetlerinde karşılaştıkları yönetsel ve organizasyonel sorunlar ile demografik özellikleri ve çalışma koşullarına ait bazı değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma teorik bir çerçeve ile sunulduktan sonra konuyu desteklemek amacıyla ampirik bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Ampirik araştırma Rize Devlet Hastanesi'nde çalışan toplam 183 hemşireyi kapsamaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda hemşirelerin, hemşirelik hizmetlerinde yönetsel ve organizasyonel açıdan sorun yaşadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular ışığında belirlenen yönetsel ve organizasyonel sorunların başlıcaları; hemşire sayısının yetersizliği, güvenliğe yönelik gerekli tedbirlerin alınmadığı, işlerin sistemli bir şekilde yapılmasını sağlayan kurumsal düzenlemelerin yetersizliği, hemşirelik hizmetlerinin hastane üst yönetiminde güçlü bir biçimde temsil edilmediği, hemşirelerin görev yerleri belirlenirken bilgi, beceri ve eğitim düzeyleri dikkate alınmadığı, ücretin yetersizliği, yükselme olanaklarının sınırlı olması, işle ilgili sorunların etkin bir şekilde çözümlenememesi ve çalışan memnuniyetinin önemsenmemesi olduğu saptanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractNursing services, and role within the health care team, as well as the need to have a significant impact on the success of the hospital location. This raises the need to be managed in a good way of nursing services in hospitals. Nursing services in hospitals are required to reveal the existing problems in order to achieve the desired efficiency. The purpose of this study, a public hospital nurses demographic characteristics and managerial and organizational problems they encounter in their nursing care and to investigate the relationship between different variables of working conditions. After research presents a theoretical framework with empirical research has been done to support the topic. Rize State Hospital employees empirical research covers a total of 183 nurses. The result of research nurses were found to have problems from managerial and organizational aspects of nursing services. The main findings obtained in the study of managerial and organizational issues identified in the light; insufficient number of nurses, by taking the necessy measures for safety, lack of institutional arrangements that provide the jobs done in a systematic way, top management of nursing care hospitals were not represented strongly, nurses place of employment when determining the information, which take into account the skills and education levels, lack of compensation, advancement opportunities be limited, can not be resolved efficiently handle the problem and found that the low level of employee satisfaction.
