dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın amacı, Türk eğitim sektöründeki ara eleman yetiştiren meslek yüksekokullarının sağlık programlarında okuyan öğrencilerin mesleki güdülenmelerinin hangi değişkenler dâhilinde farklılıklar gösterebileceğini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın uygulama kısmı Bağımsız Vakıf Meslek Yüksekokulunda yapılmıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın örneklem grubunu, vakıf yükseköğretim kurumlarının meslek yüksekokullarında sağlık programlarında öğrenim gören öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada, Acat ve Köşgeroğlu (2006) tarafından geliştirilen "Güdülenme Kaynakları ve Sorunları Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen verilerin analizi Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Programı – SPSS-Version 23) programı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğrencilerin büyük çoğunluğu mesleklerini sevdiği, aile desteği, mesleğin olumlu imajı, gelir düzeyi, ideal meslek olarak algılanması ve istihdam olanakları gibi faktörler nedeniyle mesleki olarak güdülendikleri tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to reveal the variables in which the vocational motivation of the students studying in the health programs of the vocational schools that train intermediate staff in Turkish education sector may vary. The application part of the research was carried out at Independent Foundation Vocational School. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The sample of the study was determined by easy sampling method. The sample group of this study consisted of students studying in health programs in vocational high schools of foundation higher education institutions. In this study, at Motivation Sources and Problems Scale geliştiril developed by Acat and Köşgeroğlu (2006) was used. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS-Version 23). As a result of the study, it was found that the majority of the students liked their profession, motivated professionally due to factors such as family support, positive image of the profession, income level, perception of ideal profession and employment opportunities.
