dc.description.abstractBu araştırma KOBİ kavramını ifade etmek ve KOBİ'lerin finansal durumlarını ve finansal sorunlarını ortaya koymak amacıyla uygulanan çözüm yöntemlerinin etkinliğini ifade etmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca KOBİ'lerin finansal sorunlarının çözümünde faktoring firmalarının etkinliği araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde genel olarak KOBİ kavramı ifade edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde KOBİ'lerin karşılaştıkları finansal sorunlar ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm önerileri ifade edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Türkiye'de KOBİ'lere sağlanan destek ve teşviklerin yanında Türkiye'de faktoring sektörü hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Araştırmanın dördüncü ve son bölümünde KOBİ'lerin finansal sorunlarına çözüm önerisi sunabilmek amacıyla İstanbul'da faktoring firması ile ilişkisi bulunan 84 KOBİ üzerinde araştırma yapılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS programında analiz edilerek bulgular ortaya koyulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThis research has been prepared to express the effectiveness of the solution methods applied in order to express the SME concept and to reveal the financial status and financial problems of SMEs. In addition, the effectiveness of factoring companies in the solution of the financial problems of SMEs has been investigated. In the first part of the research, the concept of SME in general is expressed. In the second part, the financial problems faced by SMEs and solution suggestions for these problems are expressed. In addition to the support and encouragement provided to SMEs in Turkey are given in the third chapter about the factoring industry in Turkey. In the fourth and last part of the study, in order to offer a solution to the financial problems of SMEs, research was conducted on 84 SMEs in Istanbul, which are related to the factoring company. The data obtained from the study were analyzed in SPSS program and the findings were presented.
