dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında öğretmen yetiştirmenin önemi ve ülkemizde öğretmen yetiştirme sistemi anlatılmaktadır. Buna göre öğretmen yetiştirme sistemi kuramsal bakış içinde ele alınmış, başka ülkelerin uygulamaları kısaca açıklanmış; ülkemiz cumhuriyet dönemi öğretmen yetiştirme sistemi de süreç içerisinde incelenmiştir.Öğretmen yetiştirme işinin kurumsallaştığı 1848'den günümüze kadar öğretmen eğitimi konusunda son derece birikimli bir geçmişe sahip olan ülkemizin, ithal edilen programlarla gelinen durumun portresi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.Öğretmen yetiştirme deneyimi olmayan üniversitelerin geleceği yapılandıracak öğretmenleri yetiştirmeleri konusunda yaşadığı sıkıntı sisteme de yansımaktadır. Kısaca, eğitim bir toplumun dinamosu ve hatta geleceğini belirleyen beynidir. Eğitimi yetersiz bir toplumun gelecek beklentisinin pozitif olması imkânsızdır.
dc.description.abstractThe importance of teacher training and the teacher training system in our country are explained in this study. According to this, the teacher training system is dealt as theoretical perspective and applications in other countries are briefly explained. Moreover, the process of teacher training during the period of Republic is studied.Having a historical background in the field of teacher training from 1848, the period that teacher training was institutionalized, to now on, our country realizes that the imported educational programmes are invalid in the field of education.The difficulties the unexperienced universities have in terms of teacher training are reflected to the system. Briefly, education is the generator of a society, even it is the brain that constructs the future. It is impossible to think positively if the society is illiterate.Key words: Teacher training system, teacher training teacher and reconstruction.
