Dijital liderlik ve dijital dönüşüm kavramlarının büyüme performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesi

Özet
Son yıllarda Covid-19 pandemisinin de etkisi ile teknolojik alanda yaşanan hızlı gelişmeler tüm işletmeler için dijital dönüşümü kaçınılmaz hale getirmiştir. Dijital liderlik de literatüre yeni giren liderlik türlerindendir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı dijital liderlik ve dijital dönüşüm kavramlarının büyüme performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Liderlik tarzları içerisinde yeni yer almaya başlayan dijital liderliğin ve Endüstri 4.0 ile hayatımıza giren dijital dönüşümün büyüme performansı üzerindeki etkilerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada, İstanbul ilinde bulunan bilgi teknolojileri firmalarında çalışan 409 kişiye yedili likert sistemiyle hazırlanan anket soruları yönetilmiş ve veriler SPSS programında analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada dijital lider ve dijital dönüşüm başlıklarında literatür taraması ve büyüme performansına etkileri analiz edilerek önermeler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda dijital büyüme ve dijital dönüşümün büyüme performansına etkisinin pozitif yönlü olduğu tespit edilmiş, dijital liderlik ve dijital dönüşümün işletmelerin rekabet avantajına da etkileri olduğu görülmüştür.
With the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in recent years, rapid developments in the field of technology have made digital transformation inevitable for all businesses. Digital leadership is one of the new leadership types in the literature. The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of digital leadership and digital transformation concepts on the growth performance. In this study, which examines the effects of digital leadership, which has just started to take place among leadership styles, and the digital transformation that entered our lives with Industry 4.0, on the growth performance, survey questions prepared with a seven-point Likert system were administered to 409 people working in information technology companies in Istanbul and the data were analyzed in the SPSS program. In the study, suggestions were made by analyzing the literature on the digital leader, digital transformation titles, and their effects on the growth performance. In line with the results obtained in this study, it has been determined that the effects of digital growth and digital transformation on the growth performance are positive, and it has been observed that digital leadership and digital transformation have also effects on the competitive advantage of businesses.
