| dc.description.abstract | Bu Tez Çalışmasında; İlköğretim okulları I. kademe 4. ve 5. sınıf öğretmenlerinin öğrencileriyle karşılaştıkları iletişim sorunları ele alınmaktadır. Buna göre, öğretmen ile öğrenci arasındaki iletişim sorunlarına neden olan etkenlerin belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Öğretmen ve öğrenci arasındaki iletişimde sorun olan etkenlerin belirlenmesi ve giderilmesi ile öğretmen özellikle sınıf içinde öğrencileriyle etkili bir iletişim kurabilmektedir. Öğretmen ve öğrenci arasındaki iletişim sorunlarının giderilmesi ile öğretmenlerin sınıf içinde öğrencileriyle arasındaki iletişimin de etkili olması sağlanmaktadır. Öğretmelerin sınıfta öğrencileriyle kurabildiği etkili iletişim sayesinde sınıfın içindeki öğrenme ortamları da olumlu yönde olmaktadır. Böylece öğretmen ile öğrenci arasında sınıfta kurulan etkili iletişim sayesinde öğrencilerin derslerindeki başarıları da artabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada öğretmen ile öğrenci arasındaki iletişim sorunlarının belirlenmesi için tek yönlü varyans analizine başvurulmaktadır. Böylece çalışmanın sonucunda öğretmen ile öğrenci arasındaki iletişim sorunlarının nedenleri açıklanmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this ?Thesis Work? , communication problems between 4th and 5th class teachers and students in primary schools will be dealt with. So, we need to determine factors causing communication problems between teachers and students. When the factors causing communication problems between teachers and students are determined and solved, teachers can establish an effective communication especially in classrooms. Removing communication problems between teachers and students allow teachers to form an effective communication with their students in the classes. Learning environments in classrooms will be positive by means of effecient communication set up by teachers with the students. Because of this productive communication among teachers and students, student successes in subjects may increase. In this work, one-way analysis of variance was used to define the communication problems among teachers and students. In the end of the work, reasons for the communication problems between teachers and students will be explained. | |
