| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada üniversite öğrencilerinde dikkat eksikliği hiperaktivite düzeyleri ile depresyon ve benlik saygısı arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmaya İstanbul'da bulunan bir özel üniversitenin hukuk, psikoloji, matematik bölümlerine halen devam eden ve rastlantısal olarak seçilen 100 kız ve 100 erkek toplamda 200 öğrenci alınmıştır. Araştırmada Beck Depresyon Ölçeği, Dikkat Eksikliği Hiperaktivite Ölçeği ve Coopersmith Özsaygı Envateri ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda bireylerin dikkat eksikliği hiperaktivite düzeyleri ile depresyon düzeyi arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Dikkat eksikliği ve hiperaktivite düzeyi arttıkça depresyon düzeyleri artmaktadır. Bireylerin depresyon düzeyleri ile benlik saygı düzeyi arasında negatif yönde bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bireylerin depresyon düzeyi arttıkça benlik saygı düzeyi azalmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship of attention deficit hyperactivity with depression and self-esteem among university students. A total of 200 students, 100 girls and 100 boys, were chosen randomly from a private university in Istanbul that is currently continuing in the law, psychology and mathematics departments. This study were tested with Beck Depression Scale, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Scale and Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory. As a result of the study, there was a significant positive correlation between attention deficit hyperactivity level and depression level of the individuals. As attention deficit and hyperactivity levels increase, depression levels increase. There was a negative correlation between the levels of depression and self-esteem of individuals. As the level of depression increases, the level of self-esteem decreases. | |
