dc.description.abstractSağlık sektörünün etkinlik ve verimliliğini sorgulayan araştırmaların çoğunda hekimlerin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile çalışma ortamlarındaki risk ve tehlikeler konusundaki sübjektif algılamaları önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bu çalışmada da her iki değişkenin hekimin verimliliğini ve iş tatminini doğrudan etkilediği varsayılan iş stresinin etkilere araştırılmıştır. Araştırmamız Urfa bölgesindeki 162 hastane çalışanı doktor ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlgili literatürden alınan ölçüm araçları ile elde edilen veriler, SPSS yazılımında korelasyon, fark analizleri ve regresyon analizi ile işlenmiştir. Araştırmanın temel bulguları, doktorların iş ortamlarından kaynaklı risk ve tehlike algılamaları yükseldikçe iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarına yönelik algılarının yükseldiğini göstermektedir. Ayrıca, doktorların iş stresinin % 14,6 lık kısmından hastanede çalışma ortamı kaynaklı risk ve tehlike algılamaları ile iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamaları algısının sorumlu olduğunu göstermiştir. Sonuç olarak, doktorların fazla mesai yapmalarının önüne geçilmesinin ve nöbet dağılımının düzenlenmesinin hastane ortamında iş sağlığı ve güvenliği sorunlarının çözümünde ve iş stresinin azaltılmasında önemli enstrümanlar olacağı kanısına varılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractMost of the researches that question the efficiency and effectiveness of the healthcare sector have an important place in the occupational health and safety of physicians in general and subjective perceptions about the risks and dangers in working environments. In this study, both occupational health and safety of physicians in general and subjective perceptions about the risks and dangers were examined for the effects on work stress assumed to directly influence job satisfaction. Our study was conducted with 162 physicians working in a hospital in Urfa region. The data obtained with the measurement tools from the related literature were processed by correlation, difference analysis and regression analysis in SPSS software. The main findings of the study show that perceptions of occupational health and safety practices increase as doctors' perceptions of risk and danger arise from the work environment. It also showed that occupational health and safety perceptions and perceptions of risks and perceptions of workplace environment was responsible for 14.6% of doctors' occupational stress. As a result, it was conculed that doctors should avoid overtime and that the regulation of watch duty distribution is a crucial instrument for solving occupational health and safety problems and for reducing work stress in the hospital setting.
