| dc.description.abstract | Hastane işletmelerinde stok yönetimi, üretim yapan işletmelerle benzerlik olmasına rağmen bir takım farklılıklarda söz konusudur. Üretim yapan işletmelerin kar etme üzerine kurulmuşlardır. Ama hastaneler ise; hizmet üreten kurumlardır. Hastanelerde yapılan hizmetin depolanması ya da stoklanması söz konusu değildir. Bu bağlamda hastanede verilen hizmet, hizmet alan kişi tarafından anında tüketilmektedir. "Hastane İşletmelerinde Stok Yönetimi" isimli bu çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; hastane işletmelerinin, tanımı, özelliği, nitelikleri, sınıflandırılması, finans, hastane yönetimi ve maliyet gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde, stok yönetiminin, tanımı, türleri, özellikleri, stok kontrol yöntemleri gibi konular üzerine vurgu yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümü olan üçüncü bölümde ise; hastane işletmelerinde stok kontrol yönetimin yöntemleri ve hastane de stok kontrol sistemlerinin uygulanabilirliği teorik çerçevede ele alınmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Stock management in the hospital enterprises engaged in manufacturing, although some differences in similarity with business is concerned . Based on the profits of enterprises are not engaged in production . But if hospitals ; service-producing institutions. In the hospital, storage or stockpiling of service is not the case . In this context, the services provided in the hospital , the service is consumed by the person immediately . "Stock Management In Hospital Businesses" view this study consists of three parts . In the first part of the study ; hospital enterprises , description , features , characteristics , classification, finance, hospital management and cost issues are discussed. In the second part of the study , inventory management , definition, types, features , inventory control methods, emphasis has been placed on such subjects . In the third chapter , which is the last part of the hospital 's methods of business management and inventory control in hospitals applicability of the inventory control system is discussed in the theoretical framework. | |
