dc.description.abstractBu çalışma hemşirelik öğrencilerinin ve hemşirelerin meslek algılarının belirlenerek benzerlik ve farklılıkların karşılaştırılması amacı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tanımlayıcı olarak yapılan çalışmaya Dr. Siyami Ersek Göğüs Kalp ve Damar Cerrahisi Hastanesi'nde çalışan 100 hemşire ve staj yapan 100 hemşirelik öğrencisi dahil edilmiştir. Toplanan verilerin analizleri SPSS programında yüzdelik frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, ki-kare testi ile yapılıp, veriler incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonunda hemşirelik mesleğindeki tutumun hemşirelik öğrencilerinde daha olumlu olduğu, hemşirelerin mesleklerini sevdiklerini ancak çalışma koşulları, mesleklerinin hak ettiği değeri görmemesi gibi sebepler nedeni ile tutumlarının olumsuz yönde etkilendiği bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe study aims to evaluate the perceptions of Professional nurses and nursing students toward nursing profesion and to find out similarities and differences betwen two selected populations. The study is limited with the population of 100 intern nursing students and 100 professionce nurses in Siyami Ersek Public Hospital. The findings of the study pointed that the attitude of the intern nursing students are more positive then the Professional nurses although the professionals to have the career. However they the complain about the working conditions and unfair evaluation of nursing career which to negatively effected their attitudes.
