dc.description.abstractBu tezin temel amacı sağlık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren özel hastane çalışanların memnuniyetlerinin ölçülmesi ve memnuniyet düzeylerini belirleyen faktörlerin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla çalışmaya toplam 392 kişi alınmıştır. Çalışmaya alınan kişilerin sosyodemografik özellikleri anket ile değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca İş Tatmini, Verimlilik kullanılarak çalışanların iş tatmini, verimlilik ölçülmüştür. Yapılan bu çalışmada hastane personellerinden elde edilen nicel veriler SPSS 23 paket programı aracılığı ile analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcı personellerin demografik özelliklerine ilişkin için frekans, yüzde ve ortalama değerler verilmiştir. Bu bulgular özel hastane çalışanların sektöründe faaliyet gösteren hastane çalışanların memnuniyet düzeylerinin iş tatmini ve tükenme düzeyleri ile ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this thesis is to measure the satisfaction of private hospital employees working in the health sector and to investigate the factors determining the satisfaction levels. A total of 392 people were recruited for this purpose. The sociodemographic characteristics of the subjects were evaluated by questionnaire. In this study, the quantitative data obtained from the hospital staff were analyzed through SPSS 23 package program. The frequency, percentage and average values are given for the demographic characteristics of the participant personnel. These findings showed that the satisfaction levels of hospital employees working in the private hospital employees are related to job satisfaction and exhaustion levels
