| dc.description.abstract | Günümüz, teknolojiyi her alanda çok yoğun yaşamaktadır. Bu teknolojiyi takip edip kullanmak bir zorunluluk halini almıştır. Özellikle sağlık sektöründe hastalıkların teşhis ve tedavilerinde kullanılan teknoloji sektörün vazgeçilmez ve en önemli unsurlardan birisidir. Bunun da nedeni, insan hayatının çok değerli olmasıdır. Teknolojinin yoğun kullanıldığı, bütün birimleriyle çok karmaşık bir yapıya sahip ve profesyonel beceri gerektiren sağlık sektöründe, farklı nitelik ve mesleki birikimi olan sağlık personelinin hata yapma riskinin minimuma indirilmesi gerekir. Çalışmanın amacı; Hastanelerde Çalışan Sağlık Personelinin Moral ve Motivasyonunu Etkileyen Faktörlerin Hastane Yönetimine Nasıl Katkı sağlayabileceğini araştırmaktır. Bu amaca uygun, insan hayatını kurtarmak gibi çok kutsal ve hassas bir konuda faaliyetlerini sürdüren hastanelerde çalışan personelin moral ve motivasyon düzeyinin yüksek olması bu anlamda çok büyük bir öneme sahiptir. | |
