dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın amacı, uluslararası ticaretin ekonomik büyümeye olan etkilerini 38 OECD ülkesinde 1995-2022 yılları için incelemektir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde uluslararası ticaretin gelişimine önemli katkıları olan Merkantilizm türlerini, Klasik ve Neo-Klasik uluslararası ticaret teorilerini ve yeni uluslararası ticaret teorilerini incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde ikinci başlık olarak uluslararası ticaret politikaları, koruyucu ve serbest uluslararası ticaret politikaları incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise ekonomik büyüme kavramı kapsamında Klasik, Keynesyen ve Yeni Büyüme Teorileri incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümü olan üçüncü bölümde ise literatür ve uluslararası ticaretin ekonomik büyümeye olan etkilerini OECD ülkeleri örneğiyle ekonometrik olarak analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada bazı ülkelerde uzun dönemde GSYH ile ihracat arasında bir eşbütünleşme ilişkisi bulunurken; yine bazı ülkelerde uzun dönemde GSYH ile ithalat arasında eşbütünleşme ilişkisi bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study is to analyze the effects of international trade on economic growth in 38 OECD countries for the period 1995-2022. The initial phase of the study examines the various types of Mercantilism, as well as Classical and Neo-Classical international trade theories and new international trade theories, which have made significant contributions to the development of international trade. In the first section, international trade policies, protective and free international trade policies are analyzed under the second heading. In the second section, Classical, Keynesian, and New Growth Theories have been reviewed within the scope of the concept of economic growth. In the third and final section of the study, the effects of international trade on economic growth are analyzed using econometric techniques with the OECD sample. In some countries, there is a cointegration relationship between GDP and exports in the long run, whereas in others, there is a cointegration relationship between GDP and imports in the long run.
