Özet
Yargı, distopik bir dünyanın oluşmasına neden olacak teknolojik gelişmelerin hükmettiği bir gelecek tasviri sunmaktadır. Filmde bir cinayet olayı üzerinden teknolojik gelişmelerin yargı sistemini değiştirmesi anlatılmaktadır. Devletin özel bir teknoloji şirketiyle iş birliği yapıp, hukuk alanında yeniliğe gitmesiyle cezalar yapay zekâ tarafından hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Film, karakterler üzerinden psikolojik ve felsefi sorular sorarak geleceğin teknoloji çağına eleştirel yaklaşmıştır. Suç işleme dürtüsünün, insanlara psikolojik ve fiziksel olarak zorluklar yaşatmasına karşılık, teknolojinin bu suçlara yönelik uyguladığı cezaların basitliği görülmektedir. Distopik bir gelecek kaygısının yanında, insanların davranışlarını etkileyen psikolojik rahatsızlıklar ve bu rahatsızlıkların doğurduğu kötü sonuçlar filmin atmosferine hâkim olmuştur. Adalet kavramı içerisindeki suçlu, kurban ve asayiş üçgeni üzerinden psikolojik çatışmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Teknolojik gelişmeler, sosyal değişimler ve siyasi etmenlerin insanlar üzerindeki etkilerinin gösterilmesi gelecek dünya betimlemesi açısından önemlidir. Filmde sunulan dünyanın teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte distopik bir dünya düzenine doğru gittiği vurgulanmıştır. Bu film, anlattığı hikâye ve yarattığı gelecek tasviriyle ileriye dönük bir yargı sistemi önermesi sunmuştur.
Judgment presents a picture of a future dominated by technological developments that will lead to the formation of a dystopian world. In the movie, it is emphasize that technological developments change the judicial system through a murder incident. Penalties are carried out quickly by artificial intelligence as the state makes an agreement with a private technology company and innovates in the field of law. The film approached the future technology age critically by asking psychological and philosophical questions through the characters. Despite the fact that the urge to commit crimes gives people psychological and physical difficulties, the simplicity of the penalties applied by technology for these crimes is seen. In addition to a concern for the dystopian future, psychological disorders affecting people's behavior and the bad consequences of these disorders dominated the atmosphere of the film. Psychological conflicts have been realized over the triangle of criminal, victim and public order within the concept of justice. Showing the effects of technological developments, social changes and political factors on people is important in terms of depicting the future world. It is emphasized that the world presented in the film is moving towards a dystopian world order with technological developments day by day. This film has offered a forward-looking judicial system using the story it tells and the depiction of the future it creates.
